This is to inform you that the original storm water detention plan for
the Fairview_Shopping Center that was approved by the City of Fort Col-
lins August 19, 1977, included the area that Robb and Brenner have sub-
mitted as the Phase Four___ The new plan interchanges the location of
the building and some parking area, but does not add impervious areas
and therefore does not increase the runoff. The revised detention pond
boundary is shown on the site plan. The utility services to the pro-
posed building are also shown on Robb and Brenner's site plan.
We are assuming that since this is an amended site plan that a new util-
ity plan is not necessary. No public improvements will be required.
