HomeMy WebLinkAboutFOOTHILLS VILLAGE - Filed GC-GENERAL CORRESPONDENCE - 2003-10-30February 2, 1971 TO: Don Reynolds, City Planning Director FROM: Roy A. ilingman, City Engineer RE: Foothills Phase III A Subdivision After reviewing the Foothills III A Subdivision plat, I have the following comments: 1. There should be uo parking allowed in any area other than the regular parking lots, and signs should be provided to allow for this. 2. All streets should be provided with sidewalks for proper pedestrian safety. 3. Stuart Str at should be paved for the full width from Shields since this street is the only access to this area. There is a need for sidewalk at least on the south side of the street. 4. All dedicated streets must have curb and gutter, instead of the curb only as shown on the plan. 5. A storm drainage plan must be presented with the Utility Plan. RAB/lms Respectfully submitted, Roy A. Biagman City Engineer 4 P. O.
