AD 03-18 OF THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS VACATING PORTIONS OF A BLANKET UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE LODGE AT MIRAMONT P.U.D. WHEREAS, Section 2.1.5 of the Land Use Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the Director of Community Planning and Environmental Services to vacate certain easements by resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such vacation; and WHEREAS, the Owner has requested that the City vacate portions of a blanket utility easement shown on the plat of The Lodge at Miramont P.U.D. which portions to be vacated are more particularly described on Exhibits "A" and "B". WHEREAS, the vacation has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City Departments, which departments report no objections to the vacation. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Director of Community Planning and Environmental Services of the City of Fort Collins, that portions of a blanket utility easement shown on the plat of The Lodge at Miramont P.U.D., located at the northwest corner of Boardwalk Drive and Lemay Avenue, which portions to be vacated are more particularly described on Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, are hereby vacated. Passed and adopted at an administrative hearing held by the Director of Current Planning as the delegee of the Director of Community Planning and Environmental Services of the City of Fort Collins this 2N4 day of May, 2003.
