This letter serves as permission to you and grants an easement to you
for installation of a City approved sidewalk extending from your North-
west property corner and extending approximately 15-20 feet into our
property.
The purpose of this easement is to allow installation of a properly
sloped sidewalk from near the bridge on Elizabeth Street to your
parking .lot.
It is understood that the sidewalk will be installed and maintained by
Taco Caliente. Should removal and/or replacement of the sidewalk be
required, 'Paco Caliente will pay for said expense.
The attached sketch more clearly defines the area in mention.
The undtrs:igned warrants authority to act on behalf of Larimer County
Canal #2.
