The pipes were all sized and capable of draining a 100 year plus developed design storm. The calculations for the pipes are in the drainage report or the addendum to the drainage report. The ponds and storm drainage pipes were built substantially as designed on Sheet 3 of 9 of the utility plans prepared by R.B.D. , Inc. and dated October 1987. The three ponds have their capacity as designed. The enclosed plan shows the "As Built" spot elevations. If you have any questions concerning the drainage system, please call.
