OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A PORTION OF THE UTILITY
EASEMENT ON LOT 2 OF THE GRIFFIN RESUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the
Planning and Zoning Board to vacate certain easements, by resolution or by approval of
replats containing notation of such vacation; and
WHEREAS, the Owner has requested that the City vacate a portion of the utility
easement on Lot 2 of The Griffin Resubdivision, which proposed vacation is more
particularly described on Exhibit'A' and
WHEREAS, the vacation request has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent
City and private utilities, and they report no objections.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City
of Fort Collins that a portion of the utility easement on Lot 2 of The Griffin Resubdivision,
which easement is more particularly described on Exhibit 'A', attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference, be and is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board of the
City of Fort Collins held this 16`h day of January A.D, 2003.

And 6 In The Capiitol Ell Addition To The City Of Fort Collins, Colorado which begins at a
point on the West line of said Lot 2 which bears South 4.00 feet from the Northwest comer of
said Lot 2 and run thence East 39.00 feet; thence South 6.00 feet; thence West 39.00 feet to a
point on the West lime of said Lot 2; thence North 6.00 feet to the point of beginning.
