OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
DEDICATED ON THE CHILDREN'S WORLD
AT DRAKE LANDING, P.U.D.
WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes the Planning and Zoning Board to vacate certain
rights -of -way, by resolution or by approval of replats containing
notation of such vacation; and
WHEREAS, the Owner of the Children's World at Drake Landing
P.U.D. has requested that the City vacate a drainage and utility
easement dedicated on the original plat of said P.U.D., more
particularly described on Exhibit "A1l attached hereto and
incorporated herewith by this reference; and
WHEREAS, the Owner has dedicated a new easement for drainage
and utility purposes to replace the originally dedicated easement
which was not platted in the proper detention pond location; and
WHEREAS, the vacation request has been reviewed and approved
by the pertinent City and private utilities, including the City
Stormwater Utility and they report no objections.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning
Board of the City of Fort Collins, that the drainage and utility
easement dedicated on the plat of the Children's World at Drake
Landing, P.U.D., more particularly described on Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and incorporated herewith by this reference, be and
is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning and
Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins held this 27th day of
June, A.D. 1994.

RANGE 69 WEST OF THE SIXTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, CITY OF FT.
COLLINS, COUNTY OF LARIMER, STATE OF COLORADO.
NOTE: The subdivision plat titled "CHILDREN'S WORLD AT
DRAKE LANDING" is also labeled as "CHILDRENS WORLD AT DRAKE
LANDING SUBDIVISION" in the plat's dedication.
