THIS AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTION, is for the purpose of correcting, as more particularly described
below, an administrative/clerical error on the plat of the Centre for Advanced Technology P.U.D. 19°' Filing,
which plat vv as recorded in the office of the Larimer County, Colorado Clerk and Recorder on the day of
1998, at Plat Reception Number C-134 2117.
I, Robert E. Blanchard, being duly sworn and upon oath, do state the following:
