QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED is made this � day of December,
1985, by and between CHARLES T. COLLOPY, C. FRANCES COLLOPY and
BREAKWATER, INC., a Colorado Corporation, whose mailing addresses
are 220 East Mulberry, Fort Collins, Colorado 80524, hereinafter
referred to as "the Grantors," and the CITY OF FORT COLLINS, a
Municipal Corporation duly organized and existing under the laws
of the State of Colorado, the address of which is Post Office
Box 580, Fort Collins, Colorado 80522, hereinafter referred to as
"the Grantee."
WITNESSETH:
That the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to
the Grantors in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt whereof is
hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, sold,
conveyed, quit claimed and dedicated and by these presents do
remise, release, sell, convey, quit claim and dedicate unto the
Grantee, its successors and assigns, for public use, forever, all
of the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the
Grantors have in and to the following described real property
situate in the County of Larimer and State of Colorado, to -wit:
All streets and rights -of -way as are laid out and
designated on the Plat of Breakwater Estates First
Filing recorded with the Larimer County Clerk and
Recorder on the 17th day of October, 1985, at Reception
No. 85053474 and the Plat of Breakwater Estates Second
Filing recorded with the Larimer County Clerk and
Recorder on the 17th day of October, 1985, at Reception
No. 85053475.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular
the appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or in
anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title,
interest and claim whatsoever, of the Grantors, either in law or
equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the
Grantee, its successors and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors have executed this Quit
Claim Deed the day and year first above written.

ACCEPTANCE OF CONVEYANCE OF
STREETS AND RIGHTS -OF -WAY
The CITY OF FORT COLLINS, a Municipal Corporation duly
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Colorado,
does hereby accept the conveyance and dedication of the streets
and rights -of -way as more fully described in that certain Quit
Claim Deed dated December 18, 1985, in which Charles T. Collopy,
C. Frances Collopy and Breakwater, Inc., a Colorado Corporation,
are the Grantors, and the City of Fort Collins, a Municipal
Corporation, is the Grantee, and which Quit Claim Deed was
recorded on December 20, 1985, at Reception No. 85064673 of the
Larimer County, Colorado records.
