CHANGING THE NAME OF A RECORDED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
BANKERS NATIONAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION, A Colorado Corporation,
"Petitioner", hereby respectfully petitions the City Council of the City
of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, to change the name
of a recorded Subdivision Plat known as PINEWOOD TOWNHOMES,
FIRST FILING, to ARLIPIGTON TOWNHOMES, FIRST FILING, said Subdivision being
specifically described as:
Situated in the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, known as
and being: A part of Trust "A" of Scotch Pines, First Filing, City
of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which begins
at a point on the blest line of said Trust "A" which bears 1100003'25"W
465.00 feet from the Southwest ca ner o- s is Trust "A"; thence

The above described property now appears as Pinewood Townhomes, First
Filing, as recorded August 27, 1979 4:I21'N.st Book 1975 Page 709 at
Reception No. 320620 in the office of the Clerk and Recorder, Larimer
County, Colorado.
In support of Petition, Petitioner states that the foregoing change of
name as proposed will not prejudice any party or creditor and the name,
"Arlington Town,iomes", does riot duplicate or conflict with any name of an
existing subdivision in Larimer County, Colorado.
