Dear Mr. Bingman:
In regard to the water line on Overland Trail as indicated on the
Utility Plan for the Elliott -Miller Foothills West Subdivision, Third
Filing: since the City is in the process of determining the size
requirement f-or this water line, I will participate in the cost of such
line for the equivalent cost of a 6-inch line, when required by the
City.
Upon completion of the water line, the paving on Overland Trail
will be completed as shown on the Utility Plan.

Dear Mr. Rapp:
In regard to your development at the corner of Prospect Street
and Overland Trail here in Fort Collins, a concrete pan across
Prospect Street will Have to be constructed to properly drain the curb
and gutter You have already put in. This was indicated on the utility
plan and wi=L1 Nava to be constructed before we can accept the improvements.
The water line to be constructed on Overland Trail has now been
sized a 12-inch. Upon the installation of this line, witi. the City
paying the oversize cost, you can complete the paving on Overland
Trail.

TAe City will be installing a 12 inch ,cater line on Overland
Trail near your property on West Prospect. As indicated on the
enclosed letter, you nave agreed to install a b iacn water line
there, as your obligation for utilities at your property.
If you wish, we can install the line for you and bill you
upon completiou of the work. Please let me know if you want to
go ahead on this aasis.
