Tf Mr. Maurice Rupel City Engineer's Office 300 LaPorte Avenue Fort Collins, CO 80521 Dear Mauri: I have :inspected the curb and pavement along the west side of Montgomery Street, and my feeling is that it should remain as it is. Although our plan shows a curve in the curb, while the existing curb is straight, I believe the existing curb will not cause problems. However, there will be problems with drives and yards should you decide to remove the curb. Mr. Dan Bailey informs me that he is ready to proceed with base and pavement, and I request that he be allowed to continue his work. If you have any questions, please call. Sincerely yours, JAMES H.
