RE: Doctor's Center Subdivision, First Filing, Final Plat
The First Filing of the Doctor's Center Subdivision consists of 2.6 acres
zoned R-H, High Density Residential District located on the south side of
East Elizabeth Street between Luke Street and Patton Drive. The petitioner
proposes to construct four new medical office buildings on the site. This
is technically a replat of parts of the Humphrey Medical Center Subdivision
and of Lot 1 of the East Elizabeth Subdivision. At its June 7, 1976, meet-
ing the Planning and Zoning Board recommended for approval subject to the
revisions of the plat as recommended by the staff. All the deficiencies. as
listed by the planning staff have now been complied with.
Recommendation: The Administration recommends that the City Council approve
the final plat of the Doctor's Center Subdivision, First Filing, which is
technically a replat of parts of Humphrey Medical Center Subdivision and of
Lot 1 of the East Elizabeth Subdivision.
