Pursuant. to our telephone conversation of December 2, 1993,
enclosed please find the following documents:
1. Original Quit Claim Deed by and between The City of Fort
Collins, Colorado, a Municipal Corporation, and Gino Campana
transferring that portion of property purportedly dedicated to the
public by Chris Rasmussen on January 1, 1960.
2. original Real Property Transfer Declaration
("Declaration") to be submitted to the Larimer County Clerk and
Recorder along with the Quit Claim Deed.
You have advised that you will prepare all other documentation
necessary to present a formal proposal to the City Council
requesting authorization for the execution of the Quit Claim Deed
transferring the City's interest in the property, if any, to
Mr. Campana. It is my understanding that the next City Council
meeting is December 21, 1993, at 6:30 P.M. I have advised
Mr. Campana that he should plan to attend this meeting.
You have advised that before the Quit Claim Deed may be
executed it must be presented and approved at a second City Council
meeting which will not be held until the first Tuesday in January.
Thereafter, assuming that the City Council authorizes the execution
of the Quit Claim Deed, the Quit Claim Deed and the Declaration
will be submitted for the Mayor's signature. Once the Quit Claim
Deed and the ]Declaration have been fully executed, please return to
this office for recording with the Larimer County Clerk and
Recorder.
