In response to your inquiries regarding the status of improvements
on the third filing of Cedar Village Subdivision, please note the
following:
(1) All sanitary sewer lines shown on the utility plans for this
subdivision have been installed and accepted; and
(2) A11 water mains shown on the utility plans have been installed
and accepted.
The acceptances have been given with the understanding that the City
will accept maintenance responsibility for the installations following
the expiration of the normal guarantee periods.
Also note that at this time the concrete and road -base improvements have
not been completely installed. Please contact us if you require a
complete description of the street improvements which have been constructed
thus far.
