Dear Mr. Parson:
This letter is to verify our discussion when I was in your office
this morning.
The owner of the property, which is located at 3107 Palm Court, is
requesting an engineering release so he can get a C.O. for his loan closing.
This letter is to verify that all work will be completed as per Utility
Plan and Utility Agreement. That all parking and drainage will be completed
before any tenants are moved into said building.
