Our construction schedule for the College Green PUD, also known as the
Guard property is as follows subject to availability of gas taps and
necessary financing:

1. Townhouse construction is expected to start in 1974 and to be completed
within three years of commencement of construction.
2. The single family development will probably parallel the townhouse
activity and span roughly the same time period.
3. The apartment construction start date is further dependent upon a
rental market survey. It should be completed within the same period as
the other units.
