Gentlemen:
The Board of Directors of The New Mercer Ditch Company has
examined the Cunningham Corner P.U.D. papers, and it appears
they have made minimal provision for water detention area
in the northeast corner of the project.
This property does not join the New Mercer Ditch but the
ultimate runoff therefrom, of necessity, will go into the
New Mercer Ditch either flowing northeasterly across the
lands of others or down the barrow pit on Horsetooth Road
ending up adding to the intensity of flow into the New Mercer
Ditch.
The Board believes it essential that it have an opportunity
to examine, in detail, the hydrology of this project to determine
whether or not it will have an adverse effect on the already
overburdened New Mercer Ditch.
