3rd filing have been inspected and will be accepted for main-
tenance pending contractors normal warranty period.

In reference to the Pedestrian Toot Bridge betiveen Collindale 1st. and 3rd.
filing alon,, our North property, Bartran Homes, Inc. is still interested in
completing this structure yet this year. if the City will evaluate the
plucemernt of the bridge foundation and support walls in relation to the
sanitatary sewer, and advise us as to the location which best satisfies
the drainag' requirements of the litch for the future, Bartran Homes
will start construction immediately. Bartran homes, Inc. is also willing
to brar one-half of the cost of construction for the structure to insure
CUlnpl of on yet this vear.
