Miller 4025 Spruce Drive Fort Collins, Colorado 80521 Dear Bruce: A Telephone 303 484-4220 17 March 1975 This is to summarize some of the points covered in our meeting, Thursday, March 13. We are concerned that West Lake Street be improved through the strip between Cypress Street and your proposed subdivision. This improvement would occur along with improvement of Lake Street beyond its -intersection with Cedarwood Street within your proposed subdivision. Your off -site improvement of Lake Street would be according to City specifications, except that the street could be less than full width (e.g. 25-30') and built without curb and gutter and sidewalks. You would be required to pay the costs involved in the City's acquiring street right-of-way beyond your property. We will discuss with the City Attorney mechanisms by which you could be reimbursed for off -site street improvements if further development occurs on your neighbor's property. We will also discuss with him the requirements of the subdivision ord.Lnance concerning control of "outlot A" along the west side of Cedarwood Street. Sincerely, Paul A.
