Bingman, City Engineer RE: Bartran Apartments , We have the following cominents in regard to the unit development plan: 1. The sidewalk trough indicated at the southeast corner of the plan is not adequate for the drainage and should be redesigned. 2. An additional storm sewer inlet should be constructed to the existing 24 inch storm sewer in Constitution Avenue to handle the volume of storm water. 3. To insure fire access, adequate NO PARKING signs should be placed along the s tru t . 4. Street lights should be indicated on the plan as requested by the Light and Power Department. 5. We recommend removing two parking spaces to provide better turning radius at the driveways. 6. Two of the corner.islands should be rounded of to permit easy turning for the fire trucks - one at the Northwest corner and one at the Southwest corner. 7. The four foot concrete pan along the south side is not adequate to handle the drainage from the development. Respectfully submitted, J 1 Roy `A. Bingman City Engineer RAB/lms r i P. O.
