RE: Congregate Care Facility on Worthington Circle
Dear Hr. Stringer:
As you are aware, we need the building permit for the above
referenced project. Y"-Iu are also aware of the standard language
of the development agreement which states that the permit cannot
be issued prier to completion of certain utilities.
In order to expedite issuance of this permit, we agree not to
initiate construction until these utilities are installed -nd
accepted by the City.
Please call me if there are any other steps which ue must take to
secure the Permit. Thank you, in advance, for your assistance.
