FILING NO.1 REPLAT NO.1 PLANNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT NUMBER #21-83E WHEREAS, the applicant, MSP Investment Company has duly followed the City procedure; for Minor Subdivisions as outlined in Section 29-644(g) of the City Code and have submitted their application for Minor Subdivision of the following described property, to wit: Brittany Knolls P.U.D. Filing No.1, Replat No.1, Being a Replat of Lots 5 through 9 of Block 5, and Lots 7 through 14 of Block 3, and Lots 41 through 43 of Block 1, and all of Block 4 of the Plat of Brittany Knolls P.U.D. Filing No.1 and a portion of the Southeast One -Quarter of Section 12, Township 6 North, Range 69 West of the 6th Principle Meridian, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado. WHEREAS, the City Planning Department Staff processed the application request in accordance with Section 29-644(g) including the notification of property owners within 500 feet of the said subdivision, and posting the required sign on the subject property; and WHEREAS, the Planning Director held a public hearing on May 19, 1989 at 4:00 P.M. in the Planning Conference Room, New City Hall, for the purpose of reviewing the minor subdivision application. NOW, THEREFORE IT IS DETERMINED BY THE PLANNING DIRECTOR OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS THAT: The Minor Subdivision now known, as Brittany Knolls P.U.D. Filing No.1, Replat No.1 be hereby approved, and as grounds, therefore, the Planning Director does find the following facts to be true: A. The proposal meets the design criteria and standards of the City for streets and utilities. B. A minimum of 20 feet of all the lots in this subdivision front on a dedicated right of way.
