LAND USE DATA:
Change use from retail to office use in center with some minor adjustment to
site design, located on the northeast corner of Whaler's Way and Boardwalk Drive.
COMMENTS:
1. Some adjustment to utility plans and services will be required.
2. Hydrant locations should be drawn on plan.
3. As a result of the use change, the center will no longer be considered
a neighborhood center. The staff feels that the location of a center
at this site, in terms of city policy, is better than the location at
the northeast corner of Boardwalk and Harmony Road.-
4. Would recommend that both north and south parcel be submitted at same
time.
5. Ramps should be indicated.
6. Some adjustments in parking layout is recommended to eliminate some con-
flict points.
7. Trip generation figures between office and retail should be discussed
in Planning Objectives.
