Box 580 Fort Collins, Colorado 80522 Dear Bob; We are currently submitting utility plans for Boardwalk Commercial Center at The Landings PUD. The submittal is a replat of the Boardwalk and the new layout of the project differs substantially, hence we are treating the replat as a new project. However, the scope of lesion and general storm drainage basin parameters have not been changed from the original approved design. The original drainage report for this project was included as a part of the Master Drainage Plan for The Landings PUD. Site -specific storm drainage considerations are presented on Sheet 5 of 8 of the Boardwalk Utility Plans (also included with this letter).
