♦ Remove the General Notes on the Cover Sheet and add The City of Fort Collins General Notes (See
Attachment).
♦ Add the signature block provide (stamped) on the Cover Sheet to all sheets of the utility plans.
♦ Although the building footprint does not encroach into the any easements, it appears the building
canopy does encroach into existing easements. Please respond to this question.
♦ Show how truck: traffic will enter and leave the site.
♦ On the detail sheet, please label all onsite details separate from the right-of-way details.
♦ Add the "Notice of Other Documents" language and additional "Repair Guarantee" language to the
plat (see attache:d)
