Planning and Environmental S ices rMA Current Planning City of Fort Collins May 2, 2006 Dear Resident or Property Owner: On Thursday, May 18, 2006, at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers'", City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, The City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on a proposed annexation and zoning in your neighborhood. The proposed annexation is commonly known as Cargill Rezoning, # 11-06. This is a request for rezoning of 30.73 acres from T, Transition to LMN, Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood District, which is in keeping with the City's Structure Plan. There is no development plan associated with this rezoning at this time. The Cargill site is located at 2450 East Drake Road on the north side of East Drake Road approximately 1/3 mile east of Timberline Road. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
