An electric one line diagram and panel schedule is also required. Number: 6 Created: 2/24/2009 [2/24/09] Existing transformer will be relocated by Light and Power at owners expense. KVA charges will apply if existing electric panel is increased. Number: 7 Created: 2/24/2009 [2/24/09] Proposed transformer location may need to be changed. The transformer pad could be 107" x 88" with Y of clearance required in back and on each side. The pad size will be determined when a C-1 form is received and the transformer size is calculated. I suggest moving the transformer to the north side of the building near the west comer. This request for a modification of the standard set forth in Section 3.5.4(C)(3)(a) of the Land Use Code can go to the Planning & Zoning Board for a decision on April 16th; however, the Minor Amendment being reviewed for the addition to the store cannot be approved until the Building Code issue is resolved.
