The 25'x25' fenced compound will remain at the existing grade and be built by applying a tiveed barrier with 3" of coarse gravel on top. The total surface area of the compound is 625 square feet, which is less than the 1,000 square feet requiring grading plans and a flood certification letter. The only new concrete surface, within the fenced compound, will be the new toner foundation, which is roughly 6' in diameter and approximately 28 square feet. Please contact us if you have questions or need further assistance on this project. Sincerely, B&T Engineering, Inc. Chad Tuttle, P.E. President
