Your site and landscape plans are ready for mylars with two exceptions: Sheet S1 of 2: 1. Please increase the minimum font size to meet Appendix E6 requirements 2. Please enlarge the two details at the bottom of the sheet so that they are easier to read and scan well. The other sheets have minor font size and line over text issues but Tech Services feels that "they are good enough" but hoped you might keep this in mind with future projects. Once you've addressed the two remaining items, go ahead and print the mylars and bring them in for Steve Olt in Planning. We will NOT need a DA or a DCP for this project after all and will only require an excavation permit to get the work started. That should speed things up for you a little bit :) Tracy Dyer, the Chief Inspector, has a set of the latest plans from JR and is already working up the permit fees for you. He will be expecting to see your application come across his desk and is ready and waiting for ya. :) JR Engineering is bringing in the utility plan mylars and I'll run them around for signatures and try turn them around in 24 hours. Once we get the copies back from JR, you guys are off and running. Have a good day and a successful project, Susan CC: jemeyers@jrengineering.com; Steve Olt; thalopoff@keystone-ec.com; Tracy Dyer
