All required submittal items specified on the submittal check list have been included in the submittal as required by the City. College Avenue Fort Collins, CO 80524 Ref; Land Images, Inc Response to Staff Comments Dated 8-10-09 Dear Review Staff, Land Images has compiled our response to staff comments and are replying in the order listed on printed response provided to Land Images, inc. Responses to Staff Comments Number 24: Client may pursue water savings evaluation later. Number 7: No new curb is being provided. The pervious and car pick up area was completed with the first minor amendment and constructed over a year ago. Number 11: This area is outside the 'Limits of Development' (LOD) of the major amendment. Number12: There is no door. Number 49: Additional line work was added the survey base to show solid lines for much of the existing curb and gutter, etc. Number 50: Engineers have updated their plans. Number 39: Parking spaces accommodate the 2' overhang.
