Thank you for the notes from the meeting on Carriage House.
I am very frustrated with Mr. Bailey, he comes across so amenable, but never changes anything in
response to the neighbors. In the meeting he stated the neighbors have not stated clearly our issues,
baloney! In the very first meeting and every one that has followed we have expressed the same
concerns: three story buildings are not compatible with the neighborhood, 100 beds are too many,
and parking for 50% of beds is insufficient and the overflow were put a stain on Springfield.
I thought the city hired a neighborhood advocate, is that you? If so, how are our concerns heard and
are they ever addressed?
