Did the developer get the easement along Shields St changed so his eastern -most buildings could be
closer to Shields St?
I thought that was one of the battles that he was facing.

Hi Debbie,
On October 10, 2012, the Landmark Preservation Commission voted 5-2 determining that the house
located at 1305 South Shields Street is now not eligible for Local Landmark Designation; thus
allowing the demolition of the home on said property relating to the pending Carriage House
'apartments multi -family development.
This Landmark Preservation Commission decision is appealable to City Council. The appeal must be
filed with the City Clerk's office by 5:00 p.m.
on Wednesday, October 24th, 2012.

I know this project was denied in the past and am wondering what changes have been made to the
plan that it's going through the system again -
