Please find attached the above captioned application for Concept Review. Because the 1305
building is over 50 years of age and photographs of all 4 sides are required to accompany the
application, I have compiled a comprehensive survey entitled Rogue Final Report depicting exterior
pictures and addressing the lack of historic character of this property. The Gebau report is also a
structural engineers examination of the evolution of the building thru 4 different extensions. There is
also a picture proving that the 2 car / flat roof garage was added to the structure at a later date.
