Hello Courtney,
am interested in the status of the development proposal for the properties at 1305, 1319 S Shields. I
was able to find information on the FCGOV Planning Department website that the applicant is
requesting a modification of standards to allow for the demolition of a building.
* Is the document submitted with details requesting the modification available to review?
Section 3.4.7(C) of the LUC references Section 14-5 of the City Code, but I was not able to
find this referenced information regarding "Designation of Sites, Structures, Objects and Districts For
Preservation". Can you help to explain this to me?
I have no involvement with the developer or property owners. I do have a potential location for a
house to be located on a lot in the Old Town area and I am just trying to understand the status of the
applicants proposal and investigate the possibility of relocating a house.
I sincerely appreciate any help you can provide me.
