Prior to submitting mylars for recording, please check in with Engineering and Stormwater to address the comments provided in this letter. Please call if you have any questions. Sincerely: Ted Shepard Chief Planner Page 3 0 The silt fencing shown on the plan is inside the streets which are also being constructed. Why? What protects surrounding areas from the street construction? Your calculations don't seem to include the same BMP's shown on the plan. Your report should contain a narrative indicating the BMP's to be used and the sequencing of the BMP's installation during construction. [1 /11 /06] The plan sheet needs a legend for BMP's being utilized. 2. The silt fencing shown on the plan is inside the streets which are also being constructed. Why? 3. How does the southeast detention pond outlet, and is the construction of any pipeline there protected? 4.• There must be a note on the plan that disturbed areas are to be seeded/mulched (per your report and calculations). 5. Your calculations don't seem to include the same BMP's shown on the plan. Topic: Plat Number: 63 Created: 9/13/2005 [2/14/06] Plat needs to be signed prior to mylars signature for these plans. [1/5/06] Need to see a copy of the revised plat by Stantec. [9/13/05] Please modify the plat so that the drainage easement does not extend beyond the limits of the proposed detention pond. Topic: Storm Line 2 Alignment Number: 82 Created: 2/14/2006 [2/14/06] Why is the storm line on the north side of the building located so close to the building? If possible maintain 10 feet of separation form the building. If this was done to avoid landscaping conflicts, then it is OK to leave line in current location as long as you note that line is to be privately owned and maintained. Topic: Utility Plans Number: 84 Created: 2/16/2006 [2/16/06] Please label the existing irrigation line per construction Stantec's plans as an irrigation line rather than a drainage line as shown.
