Hi Kelly,
The appelant in the T-Mobile case emailed me a few minutes ago to inform me that he has withdrawn his
appeal. Therefore, the original administrative hearing decision will stand and you can move forward with
your project. Your next step is to submit revisions for a second round of staff review. Before submitting,
you will need to respond to the comments in the staff review comment letter dated September 10. I've
attached them again here in case you have misplaced them. Assuming you address all the outstanding
issues, after the next staff review we should be ready to schedule your hearing. Let me know if you have
any questions.
