Dear Ms. Aspen,
Please find attached the revised plan sets for the proposed Verizon Wireless
telecommunication site to be located at 1015 South Taft Hill Rd. These plan sets address all referral
comments received in a letter dated September 10, 2007.
Department: Engineering - Sheri Langenberger
Need to show the boundaries of the drainage easement on the plans. Please see Sheet LSI.
Department: Light & Power - Alan Rutz
A new transformer will need to be set to serve this site. Contact Light and Power to coordinate
transformer location. The transformer shown on the plans will not be the source of power for this
site. Verizon Wireless will coordinate with T-Mobile and the City of Ft Collins during the
Building Permit process to determine the new transformer location and requirements.
Department Stormwater-Water-Wastewater - Basil Hamdan
Please identify the drainage easements on the plans so we can tell whether the facilities are located
outside of easement. Please see Sheet LSl.
Department: Stormwater-Water-Wastewater - Roger Buffington
Sht LSl and Sht Z-1 are showing different underground utility information. Sht LSl appears to be
incorrect. Please update so that sheets are consistent. Sheet LS1 has been corrected.
