Hi Anne,
One of the primary reasons we proposed our own pole was because the owner does not want
us to collocate. If Verizon Wireless is able to make a 40-foot pole work in that area I would
most likely apply for the freestanding pole. What is Planning's thought on this?

Attached is the comment letter from your conceptual review for a wireless telecommunication
facility at Cedarwood Plana. I've attached two versions --one pdf signed on letterhead for your
files, one word file which you may use for the response letter required at submittal. I've also
