The meeting to discuss the proposed King Soopers fueling station at Cedarwood Plaza will be held next

Mike Cerbo of Galloway Engineers/Planners has requested a "pre -application" meeting with staff to
discuss their plans for converting the existing gas station at the southwest corner of South Taft Hill Road &
West Elizabeth Street into a King Soopers fuel station. The site is in front of the King Soopers-anchored
Cedarwood Plaza Shopping Center. They definitely want the following City departments represented:
' Planning
' Engineering
' Stormwater
' Traffic Operations (possibly to include Transportation Planning)
I think it would be wise to have Zoning represented, as well. A couple of times next week that work for
them are:
' Thursday, August 30th - in the morning
' Friday, August 31 st - in the morning
Please let me know who could attend and what your availability is.
