My latest comments in DMS from last week carryover my previous one about signs not being allowed in
the ROW (this is per section 24-1 of the municipal code). It's my understanding Engineering can't issue
an encroachment permit for such a sign.

Hi guys,
I noticed that the fuel center is still showing a monument sign on the corner of the property in the right-of-
way. They have it listed as an "interim" monument sign location on the Utility Plan variances note. Are
you guys OK with the signage in this location in the ROW ? I didn't think we would allow that and they
were going to lace signage on the canopy as well as the shared access on the west side. I would rather
the sign not encroach in the ROW but I'll have to consult with Paul if you guys are OK with it.
