Gentlemen,
Attached is the City Staff Report & Recommendation to the Hearing Officer for the Administrative Public
Hearing for the proposed King Soopers Fueling Station, Project Development Plan - #40-07. The
hearing is scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, August 6th, at 4:00 p.m. in conference rooms C & D,
281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins.
Please be advised that an attorney, David Lewis, representing the convenience store to the north of your
site, across West Elizabeth Street, called me yesterday expressing concern about and opposition to your
proposal. I do not know where Mr. Lewis is from but do expect him to be at the hearing tomorrow.
