7630 Fencing Annual Contract between
The City of Fort Collins and G & G Contractors, LLC
This First Amendment to 7630 Fencing Annual Contract between the City and Fort Collins and G & G
Contractors, LLC (“First Amendment”) is entered into by and between G & G Contractors, LLC (the
“Service Provider”) and the City of Fort Collins, Colorado (the “City”).
WHEREAS, Service Provider and the City have mutually entered into the 7630 Fencing Annual
Contract dated June 3, 2014 (the “Agreement”); and
WHEREAS, Service Provider and the City renewed the Agreement on March 22, 2016 for a second of
four possible one year contract extensions; and
WHEREAS, Service Provider and the City have mutually agreed upon revised pricing for the
Agreement; and
WHEREAS, Service Provider and the City desire to amend the Agreement to reflect the revised
pricing.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals and the mutual promises herein
contained, the parties agree as follows:
1. Exhibit C to the Agreement is hereby replaced with the new Exhibit C, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference.
Except as expressly amended by this First Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the
Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the
Agreement and this First Amendment, this First Amendment shall prevail.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment the day and year shown.
