Weifield Group Contracting, LLC is pleased to provide our budgetary proposal on the referenced project.
PRICING:
Base Price for Electrical: Area A $ 854.00
Area B $16,924.00
Area C $ 1,336.00
CLARIFICATIONS:
1. Our proposal is based on the project meetings and walk thru with City / H&H going over lay out and
location of junction boxes
2. Proposal is based on a mutually agreeable lump sum contract and schedule to be determined.
3. Our proposal is based on a 40-hour work week. We have not included premium costs in our
proposal.
4. Proposal remains valid for 30 days.
5. Cancellation charges incurred by Weifield Group Contracting LLC shall be the responsibility of the
customer along with associated freight charges.
6. Others shall not hold Weifield Group Contracting LLC liable for errors or omissions nor inadequacies
of materials and equipment specified or supplied by others.
7. We have not included provisions for differing site conditions.
8. We assume that all electrical materials may be stored on site.
INCLUSIONS:
1. (1) year warranty.
2. All safety equipment and tools shall be provided.
3. Cleanup of our own identifiable debris to an on -site dumpster furnished by the Owner.
4. Floor and wall penetrations seals for electrical conduit systems.

5. Where indicated below (*) City of Ft. Collins (COFC) will Furnish Hinged (Fiberglass / PVC) J- box
with back mounting panel. Weifield will furnish and supply associated mounting brackets and
hardware.
6. We have included Conduit systems only for the wireless Network system. All cabling (Ethernet /
Fiber) and wireless equipment will be furnished by others, however, Weifield will pull cable for
areas where we included new conduit installation.
7. Locations #9 & #19 Weifield will provide 120v power and COFC will provide J-Box for Fiber
converter
