o Location Purchasing Division, 215 North Mason Street, 2nd Floor, Fort
Collins, CO 80524 or by e-mail or mail.
o Proposals are reviewed between 8/1 and 8/16 with potential finalists
notified if interviews are to be scheduled. (top two or three proposals)
o Interviews held week of 8/19
o Contract negotiations begin 8/26 with selected firm.
o Contracts sign 9/1/13.
