Questions & Answers
1. Please clarify the date when proposals must be submitted. The RFP states Tuesday,
September 3, 2018. However, Tuesday is September 4, 2018.
Answer: Proposals must be received by Tuesday, September 4, 2018 before 3:00 p.m.
(our clock).
2. Does the Fort Collins Urban Renewal Authority (the “Authority”) have a regular meeting
schedule? If so, when does the Authority conduct its regular Board meetings?
Answer: Historically the URA has not had a set meeting schedule. Meetings are based
on project schedules. Beginning in 2019 the URA is planning to conduct
quarterly meetings during the months of March, June, September, and
December. Additional meetings may be scheduled on an as needed basis.
