To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described above,
the following changes/additions are hereby made and detailed as follows:
A. Question & Answer
1. What are your requirements for Drug Testing?
Only employees that perform safety-sensitive functions shall meet CFR
655.45 and have a drug and alcohol testing program in place. In the
case of this project, equipment operation that requires the holding of a
Commercial Driver’s License is a safety-sensitive function.

addendum.
RECEIPT OF THIS ADDENDUM MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY A WRITTEN STATEMENT
ENCLOSED WITH THE BID/QUOTE STATING THAT THIS ADDENDUM HAS BEEN
