under this new contract?

$20,000 and up depending on the current needs.
3. Are there any specific projects identified that might be performed under this contract?

7. Regarding the intent of the on-call, please confirm if you plan on selected more than one
firm. Also, if you intend on selecting more than one firm, will the selected firms have to
compete for the work or will you assign work based on availability and skill set?
The City intends to select more than one firm. The selected on-calls will not
typically be required to compete for individual projects, but the City reserves the
right to compete any project depending on the project scope and size.
8. In reference to the submittal requirements under 3.e. Project List, are you requiring a
complete list of all projects completed by our firm in the last two years, or all projects
completed by the proposed project team members from our firm? Would you be willing to
accept the project list including only projects over a certain budget?
The City requests a list of all projects completed by your firm from the past two
years. This list will provide information on the type and sizes of projects on which
your firm works. The City’s goal is to determine whether your firm is a good fit for
the types of projects we conduct.
9. Regarding the submittal requirements number 2.c. where it states “… your staff listed in
3.b.”, is it supposed to read “…your staff listed in 2.b.”?
Revise section 2.c. in SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS to read:
“2.c. Example of at least 3 recent and relevant projects performed by members of
your staff listed in 2.b.”
