• 20 MB maximum file size for electronically submitted documents or
five (5) hard copies
• 25 double-sided page maximum (50 single sided)

• Consultant cost and/or fees shall not be submitted
• City’s overall DBE goal is 5%
• CDOT may set a DBE goal on federally funded projects, on a per-
project basis
• Questions are due March 6, 2017 by 5:00 PM
