Maximo tasks identified in Work Order #2 and assigned to city staff will be completed as time allows during this high demand period. With the high demand on WR&T staff there is a need to further refine the scope of what they are being tasked with. Below is that refined scope definition. WR&T Change Order #7 Scope Objective: Water Resources & Treatment staff together with Excergy support will continue to improve the WR&T 2013 Maximo implementation by developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI), reports, configuration and re-development of Maximo queries which shall include re-configuration of User Start Centers. Measuring progress for this scope objective will be done through regularly scheduled bi-weekly Production Support meetings between the Excergy team and WR&T staff.
