1. Reason for Change: Due to Staff time constraints, competing work priorities and a scope of work
change for Work Order #2 to accommodate additional Maximo improvements, WO #2 completion date
needs to be extended to December 31, 2018.
2. Description of Change: Continue improving the 2013 Water Resources & Treatment Maximo
implementation by developing new metrics to be used with KPIs, re-build Maximo queries, re-configure
user Start Centers, and assist Utilities IT with developing new Maximo reports.

Due to the high demand put on the City of Fort Collins Water Production and Water Reclamation facilities
during Summer months staff time must be reallocated to their primary duties of maintaining the facilities.
Maximo tasks identified in Work Order #2 and assigned to city staff will be completed as time allows
during this high demand period.
With the high demand on WR&T staff there is a need to further refine the scope of what they are being
tasked with. Below is that refined scope definition.
WR&T Change Order #7 Scope Objective:
Water Resources & Treatment staff together with Excergy support will continue to improve the WR&T
2013 Maximo implementation by developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI), reports, configuration
and re-development of Maximo queries which shall include re-configuration of User Start Centers.
Measuring progress for this scope objective will be done through regularly scheduled bi-weekly
Production Support meetings between the Excergy team and WR&T staff.
